Below are the items you will need to bring with you:
Birth Certificate (official and in English)
Parents Driver’s License
Medical Insurance Card
Immunization Record
A current DTE bill or internet/phone bill
2019 Federal Income Tax 1040 form
If you are a homeowner, please bring a copy of one of the following: Certificate of Occupancy or Current Property Tax Bill or Deed or Closing Statement or Purchase Agreement
If you rent, please bring a copy of your lease. The lease you give us, must be current, show the signatures of your landlord and yourself and include the address you are renting. We will need you and your landlord to fill out a landlord affidavit form.
If you live with someone who owns the home, or is renting the home you will need to visit the Student Services building, located at: 18700 Audette. Please contact them at: 313-827-3000 for the paperwork you will need to bring with you.
