Winter SCRAP Creative Reuse Activity
Today our students had a visit from Jonathan at SCRAP Creative Reuse (Ann Arbor). With the support of Jonathan, the teachers, and Green Schools Committee, students created their own snowmen using materials that would have otherwise been thrown away: plastic rectangles from packaging, foam dot stickers, orange caps from Gatorade or pouches, scrap foam stickers, and scrap pieces of fabric. The children had a wonderful time and their creativity shone through.
