Dearborn Schools GSRP classes kicked off across the district on September 11th! Our districts youngest learners have been spending their days learning school routines, practicing independence skills, and getting to know their classmates and teachers.

This time of year can be very emotional for some, as it is a big shift from the normal day to day. Parents can support their children by being positive about school, maintaining good attendance, and working in tandem with your child’s teacher to ensure the transition to school goes smoothly. We care about academics, but making sure our youngest learners feel safe, confident, respected, and valued is our biggest priority in the beginning of the year.
